記得去年在加國時，幾經辛苦才找到一款素糭，在香港，素糭選擇卻非常多，真幸福！端午節快到囉，今年你選好吃哪一款素糭了嗎？而我今年選擇了「小麥芽 Veggie Smart」的「雲南天然五彩糯米糭」和「尼泊爾岩米小米薑黃咖哩糭」。光聽名字已覺得非常特別！
「雲南天然五彩糯米糭」，顧名思義，裡面的糯米顏色五彩繽紛，看了心情都變得好好呢！這種五彩糯米是由雲南布依族承傳了千年的古法手工工藝，製作而成的；採用了各種天然深山植物來染色，可以放心食用！而且不同顏色的米，均有著不一樣的功效，是不是非常特別呢！
「尼泊爾岩米小米薑黃咖哩糭」，沒有糯米成份，取而代之的是珍珠米、黑米、小米和尼泊爾岩米。尼泊爾岩米更被稱為米中「黃金」，因為它含有大量的礦物質、蛋白質、維他命等。當中富含的蘆丁更是對糖尿病、高血壓、高血脂患者有顯著作用。

What kind of vegan rice dumplings are you going to choose? I chose the "Yunan Natural Colored Glutinous Rice Dumplings" and "Nepal Rock & Millet Dumpling with Turmeric & Curry Powder" from Veggie Smart this year. Listening to the name alone already felt very special!
